About this house rental
The apartment is located in a typical 1800 house. The complete refurbishment of the apartment has been carefully taken care of in order to guarantee a comfortable holiday and has been furnished with the same principles. The fixtures are perfectly insulated, the floor is cooked, the chestnut fixtures, the bathroom with white furniture and blue tiles and shower cabin, a full kitchen on cherry tones, and a living room on orange tones. I For those traveling in the company there is the possibility to rent the next studio (which has similar characteristics ID 8258874). The apartment overlooks a delightful little square overlooking the sea where it is pleasant to stay both day and night.

"This was really a dream-come-true for us! Rio Marina is a relatively small town at the sea with direct ferry connections from Piombino, accessible e.g. by train from Rome. Beautiful place, nice and friendly people, and definitely enough shops and restaurants with local touch. However certainly not the place for someone looking for partying&nightclubs, but perfect for us enjoying the vicinity of the sea, the local atmosphere and the ”pressure” to practice our Italian language…
The practicals for renting the apartment were really easy, also very easy to communicate with the friendly owner. The apartment is exactly what the description says. Small but cozy, equipped for everyday living with cooking and washing possibilities. Located at a nice little piazza, really at the seashore with only 5mins walk from the ferry port and with a tiny beach just across the street. Bus stops are just a couple of minutes away towards both Cavo and Portoferraio, where you can for example get a rental car to explore the entire island.
