GM6 - Samyan 4floors, 4mins walk to Bantadtong

Plenty of spaces in the four floor house. There’s 3 decent size, private en-suite double bedrooms in each floor, very homely feeling with fully functional kitchen and everything required for a week stay was provided. Downstairs toilet and shower also there. All of us had a private comfortable stay and social time together in the ground floor dining area. Large brand new smart TV is a bonus! Plenty of street food / restaurant/ 7/11 shops- food options very close by, also easy enough to commute to the tourist spots and malls. The host lady was very helpful and communication was instant, prompt replies and sorted TV out the next day. We couldn’t direct the place to the taxi driver from the airport, as we don’t speak Thai and address was in English but the host lady did help the driver on the phone and gave him the directions. We could feel the thoughts put into the place. We’re allowed early check-in and allowed one hour late check out; that’s very kind and much appreciated.

A little bit of traffic noises in the night because of the house in the busy city life area even though it’s not on the main road. Bed was firm for me but maybe good for the back problems. The water pressure on the top 4th floor was a bit low but other showers were no problem.
