Bon emplacement, arrivée facile, place de stationnement gratuite, wi-fi, air climatisé, coin tranquille.
La vaisselle salle, pas de bac pour mettre le recyclage juste une poubelle, odeur (surtout dans la salle de bain), murs et rideaux tachés/sales, réfrigérateur sale, lavabo sale. Quand j’ai ouvert le tiroir à ustensiles c’était vraiment sale, il y avait même un morceau de laitue séché sur les fourchettes. Il y avait des résidus de nourriture dans le lavabo à mon arrivée. Beaucoup de mouches à fruit un peu partout. Je me suis fié aux bonnes notes qui disaient que l’établissement était vraiment propre. Pour moi la propreté c’est numéro 1 et ça n’a pas atteint mes attentes.

Free parking is available. Location is good for dog walking for travellers with pets. Kitchen utilities were present (coffee, sugar, all kitchen appliances) as well as bathroom expendables (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, clean towels). Laundry is also availabe although we didn't use it. There are also a monitor (which was not powering up during our stay - a note for the facility owner), a wired keyboard and mouse for people to WFH. There is also a retro atari although we couldn't use due to the broken power cable. Smart TV is also available. AC is available and functioning well.
Furniture was a bit of low quality in general. Sofa in the living room was not comfortable. The coffee table in the living room was finicky. Queen size bed was not comfy to our liking. The power cable of Atari was not working and the monitor in the living room was not powering up as mentioned before. To be fair, we didn't tell these to the owner since those were not deal-breaker of any sort. If we did, they could have found a solution for us and could have been fixed easily.

Très bonne localisation pour profiter de la ville et des attractions alentours. Attention appartement à l’étage avec escalier extérieur.
Le canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable pour un adulte.
