Sijainti erinomainen. Hinta laatusuhde kohdillaan. Isäntäväki antoi kattavan infopaketin ennen saapumista ja vastasi kysymyksiin nopeasti.
Pientä fiksausta kaipaisi kämppä, mutta hinta laatusuhde on kohdillaan.

Oikeastaan tämän parempaa sijaintia ei taida Syrakusasta löytyä:)Jos ei anna huoneiston kuluneisuuden häiritä, niin kelpaa asustella. Omalla tavallaan tunnelmallinen huoneisto.
Asunto kaipaa kyllä ”pientä” pintaremonttia: parveke- ja terassikalusteet vanhoja ja kuluneita, kylpyhuone ei todellakaan viihtyisä, kaipaa kunnollista remonttia, vedenpaine suihkussa olematon ja vessanpöntölläkin tekemistä tyhjennyksen kanssa. Ai niin, ja verhot puuttuivat, mikä aiheutti sen että valoja ei pimeällä paljon tullut pidettyä päällä. Remontilla tästä saisi kyllä helposti kympin arvoisen huoneiston.

Location Location
Everything the bathroom was basic and barely in working order - the exception being the wash basin was relatively new. Missing towel rail, had to hold shower nozzle, just a lower standard compared to anything else I have stayed in. Also I would be cautious with stairs leading to rooftop. Kitchen also rudimentary.
