Spacious, clean room.
The staff did not speak English. As I don't use elevators, it was very difficult to get assistance in accessing the stairs. The breakfast was disappointing and well below expectations. The foosball table on the fourth floor had no ball, and there were cockroaches in the area. Additionally, all the signs in the laundry room were only in Chinese, which made it difficult to use the facilities.
