The friendliest staff and very attentive and accommodating. I liked the size of the rooms/ beds and service. Transfers to and from the hotel were organised and food menu messaged and food delivered. to our room that was very reasonable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and it feels authentic but modern at the same time. Like a hidden gem.
Nothing that the hotel could change really, it was near a river/ stream so a lot of mosquitoes but nothing some repellent couldn’t deal with. We were a family of 5 staying overnight for a transfer and only one of us had one bite so it could have been worse if you went exploring but it didn’t bother us as we stayed in. Just be mindful to wear clothes that cover and insect repellent.
