3BR Villa with Pool & Slide - Paradise by Premier

We have just returned from the most incredible stay in Protaras and honestly didn’t want to leave. The villa was absolutely stunning – spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout. The outdoor area was what really made it special. The pool was huge, crystal clear and surrounded by gorgeous palm trees, giving it a real luxury resort feel. We spent hours relaxing on the sun loungers, enjoying the sunshine and making the most of the amazing outdoor space. Every detail had been thought of, from the comfortable living areas to the fantastic pool and gardens. The villa felt private, peaceful and incredibly safe, yet was still close enough to all the restaurants, beaches and attractions that Protaras has to offer. Waking up each morning to the beautiful surroundings and spending evenings by the pool was absolute perfection. The photos don’t even do it justice – it is even more impressive in person. If you’re looking for a luxury villa in Cyprus that combines comfort, style and an amazing outdoor space, this place is simply perfect. We made some wonderful memories here and would return without hesitation.

The only negative was that we had to leave

Back yard and pool are truly fantastic - probably the best pool we’ve ever had in 25 years of visiting, rest of property is just ‘nice’ but not exceptional, the location is very good also. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery plus a very large fridge freezer which was great. Plenty of parking however we were confused on arrival and thought we’d gone to the wrong property as there was a car on the driveway which really ought to be flagged up so you anticipate this…then the neighbour told us off for parking outside the house (not yellow lined) and asked us move to the strip of waste ground opposite - not the best of starts!

Beds - (even by admittedly firm Cyprus standards )were extremely uncomfortable - after the first night we purchased a soft mattress topper but even that was borderline as to being tolerable because of the firm based below. Doors on two of the three bedrooms couldn’t be shut as the doors fouled on the beds. Air con in main bedroom not working on arrival, safe didn’t work and despite us asking for a repair it was never fixed, would have liked even a basic ‘welcome’ pack as we arrived at 11pm. Jacuzzi jets in pool not working as far as we could tell so didn’t use the pool seating area.

Wow the swimming pool is absolutely fantastic beautiful.
