Protaras View Villas

Code was given in advance as we arrived late at night, very smooth process. This villa is perfectly located for all amenities and the strip. A bit noisy from traffic on the main road at night but ok if you have the air conditioning on at night anyway. I did ask a lot of questions prior to our arrival and everything was answered promptly with nothing being too much. We will definitely be back to this villa!

The down stairs bedroom lacks drawers or shelf space to put things on but that is literally if I have to pick something as we still managed for the 10 days we were there

The location of the villa is excellent. The outside area and furniture is nice and provides a lot of shade. (Although floor and sun beds could be improved with an annual deep clean / pressure wash).

The location of the property is reflected in the price of the villa. Some little extras like mirrors, dressing table etc would improve the standard and little personal extras. The pool filter needs improving as had to be cleaned with pool net every time you went in the pool. Fridge missing all door shelves or were broken. Internal Water pump had to be replaced whilst we were there as one shower unusable and the other barely useable. However was fixed within a few days thankfully.

The garden was full of weeds and looking tired we had a lot of issues although they were sorted out it wasn’t what we expect for the amount of money we paid especially advertised as a deluxe villa

Lovely villa with everything you could need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Location was perfect, couple of mins to Lidl for supplies, 5 mins walk to the main strip for bars and restaurants, 10mins walk to beach. Villa was peaceful other than a bit of road noise.

Water pressure was low so shower was more of a trickle but we managed. Fault with pool jets but they sent someone out straight away to resolve this when reported so couldn’t fault them.
