Protaras Centro Villa is a spacious and well-located 4-bedroom villa right in the heart of Protaras—just behind the popular Protaras Strip and only a minute’s walk from some of the area’s most loved beaches. With restaurants, shops, and supermarkets just around the corner, everything you need is close at hand.
On the ground floor, the villa offers a bright and open living space with a comfortable sofa set, a large flat-screen TV with over 1000 international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room leads out to a large covered patio with stylish garden furniture—perfect for relaxing in the shade during warm summer days.
The villa has four inviting bedrooms: three with double beds and one with twin beds, ideal for children or friends. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and direct access to the balcony, which offers lovely views. The rooms share a spacious family bathroom.
Outside, the private garden area includes a swimming pool with sunbeds for lounging, an outdoor shower, BBQ facilities, and a shaded dining area right by the pool—great for casual family meals or a relaxed evening outdoors.

The location of this villa was perfect for my friends and I. The beach is a short walk away and fig tree bay was only a 15 minute walk away - both absolutely stunning beaches. The villa has many shops nearby including a Lidl which was a few minute walk - very handy.
We loved the downstairs pool areas and made use of the downstairs fridge freezer! The pool was perfect for us and gets cleaned twice weekly. The villa is clean and spacious and we really liked the general layout. If we were to come beck to Cyprus we would definitely stay here again!
Some bedrooms need blinds to blackout the early sunrise
The double beds were uncomfortable and squeaky upstairs
Something fun around the pool area would be good - ping pong table maybe
