It was confusing because I specificly asked if I had all the codes before my entry. When I get inside I didn't know my room number and the code to open my door. I was tired arrived well passed 3pm (around 9:30pm) still there was no detailed info unless I asked by whatsapp. The instructions provided were not clear and precize. If I was communicating via Whatsapp there is no need to expect me to using other apps to install and use it. Because I'm travelling and have no time to install apps and do quest in your app to find out more info. I didn't have internet connection before entering the premises, so it would be convenient for me if you had sent my room number & it's code. And I never received any detailed info to my email. Although in my Whatsapp you keep me informing that details are sent via email. That was confusing too.

The check-in process was very confusing and frustrating. I received unclear WhatsApp instructions with multiple codes and the wrong lockbox number. I was locked outside late at night for almost two hours, with no staff around and no internet to contact anyone. Even the people who tried to help me had a hard time understanding the instructions — it took us nearly an hour just to figure out how to get into the building. When I finally got inside, there were some people around who didn’t seem very friendly, and there was no reception or staff to talk to or ask for help. I asked the hotel to cancel the reservation and refund my money, but they tried to avoid taking responsibility. Overall, a very stressful, unpleasant, and unprofessional experience. I really hope the management improves the check-in process.
