A lot of cockroaches in the CR. Please make a habit to spray everyday to eliminate them.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good size for big family. The view is amazing especially when the sun is setting. Security guards are wonderful. The owner is very easy to approach.
Little cockroach comes in through the sinks and drains. Do not turn lights off at night in bathroom’s that’s when they come out. They like it when it’s dark.

Tolle Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht! In dem Gebäude gibt es auch einen Pool mit einer tollen Aussicht. Dicht zu allen wichtigen Orten in Manila.

The location and the view. Big and can accommodate big group/ families.
My honest opinion the building is old, needs maintaining of the unit, the check in process is not straightforward, parking is not free, tv is complicated and doesn’t have working Netflix or YouTube account.
