The unit is clean and with proper instructions. Bedsheets, pillowcases and towels smells good. There's a ready drinking water, and hot water in the thermos.
The drainage system is smelly, and probably due to that, there are cockroaches

I like the overlooking of the manila bay and the city lights. In terms of the whole place its good for the group stay and alsovery like the videooke.
there are some cockroaches, but its very minimal. As a visitor you must clean the trash to avoid this.

We had an amazing stay over the weekend. After a long flight with our 2- and 4-year-old, all we really wanted was a comfortable place to rest, and this place exceeded our expectations. The owner was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early. The location was very convenient, close to everything, and the space was roomy with a beautiful view. It was exactly what our family needed after traveling.
No handsoap.😅 but you can just purchase it downstairs.
