Agencement moderne. Surtout cuisine et salle d'eau. Bien situé pour visiter à pied.
Peu de vaisselle : 2 verres, 3 couteaux Plaque induction : Elle n'a jamais fonctionné. Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle d'eau. Et SURTOUT: BRUIT PERMANENT venant de cour extérieure (clim ou ventilation?) ne stoppant qu'à minuit ! Terrasse sale,pleine de détritus.
