Good location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Nice sun terrace overlooking a convent garden area across street. Very quiet neighbourhood, 12-15 minute walk to city centre area, even closer to Las Setas.
Bedroom 3 behind kitchen is very small with no storage except drawers under bed. Ensuite in this room is tiny. Sometimes a distinct "drain" smell is apparent in apartment

We loved the penthouse patio. It was great to enjoy the sun and the cool evenings. We also appreciated that there was a full kitchen, and a toilet for each bedroom. We also found it inconvenient to not have internet as we all had college work to do.
It was quite hot and we couldn’t figure out the air cooling system.
