We were pleasantly surprised to find a proper home with wooden floors and comfortable furnishings. The street was very quiet.
At the time we booked the accommodation, we were directed to take out insurance, a point which wasn't made clear at the outset. Ahead of our arrival, we kept getting notified that we needed to confirm our arrival time, and the repeated notifications while we were in transit made us feel under pressure.

Nice space, nicely laid out
Charged extra money both before (a damage waiver) and after the trip (cleaning costs), that was unexpected. an additional charge for cleaning was not at all expected, given we left the place with the dishes done, things largely back in place (except for bedding which needed changing). It obviously wouldn't be left perfectly clean following a stay and that should be expected.
