Our host Usher, was very pleasant and helpful. She met us on arrival and gave us a full tour of the property.
Our bedroom was very good. The bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows, and linens. We had a super en-suite with walk in shower and
plenty of hot water.
The location was excellent for us as we were visiting friends in Four Oaks and Mere Green.
This was maybe our fault (not reading the description thoroughly!), but we didn't realise this was a shared property! It was a big shock for us. It is a multi occupancy house with 3 permanent tenants.
We were going to check out immediately, but it was late so we decided to stay. We are glad we did as the tenants were all super, friendly and very helpful for our stay. Sharing the kitchen wasn't a problem as everyone was very considerate. The kitchen had everything we needed, but it wasn't to our standard of cleanliness but this is to be expected in a shared house. Luckily I always bring a small cleaning kit with me so I was able to prepare what we needed.
There was only street parking for us on a very busy road, as the tenants used the drive on the property.

Great location with easy walk to railway station, very good value. Usha who met us at the property was very nice and showed us all the facilities. Opportunity to use the kitchen if needed.
