Cazarea este curată și potrivită pentru 2 sau 4 persoane. Un mare avantaj este locația: foarte aproape de traseul către Vârful Hășmașul Mare, iar în apropiere sunt restaurant, magazin și farmacie.
Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost afectată de baia care are un miros foarte puternic de canalizare. Dimineața, mirosul era atât de intens încât ne era greu să respirăm în baie. Ar avea nevoie de o renovare. Nu am văzut această problemă menționată în alte recenzii, așa că este posibil să fi fost ceva punctual în perioada în care am stat noi. În rest, cazarea este curată și are o poziționare foarte bună pentru cei care vin pentru drumeții.

Locația este centrală pentru Balan. Am rezervat ca loc de odihnă între două ture de munte și a fost ce trebuie.
