Kiemelkedően rugalmas, sajnos sokat kértünk, de a tulajdonos 1/2 10kor is rendelkezésre állt. Lakás nagyon jól felszerelt minden rendelkezésre áll ami szükséges. Dolche Gusto kávéfőző és minden más ami szükséges lehet egy ilyen kikapcsolódás. A ház fűtött, öt személy részére tökéletesen megfelelő, nagyon tiszta és kiváló elhelyezkedés, ugyan zsákutcában helyezkedik el de az út nagyon jó és könnyen megközelíthető Csíkszeredától kb. 10 percre nagyon jó úton.
