Neu, sehr sauber, gute Raumaufteilung, grosszügiges Bad, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, grosser Balkon, PP direkt an der Unterkunft, PP für Velos in der Tiefgarage. Sehr schnelle, klare Kommunikation.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment. It's fully refurbished/new and conveniently located close to the center of Locarno (5' walk), it has a private parking lot, and the apartment itself is well equipment with everything you may need: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a small desk, big wardrobes...You can check it at any time as they leave the keys in a locker. Communication with the host was perfect before, during and after our viist. I will stay here again if I go back to Ticino. Perfect for couples staying 3-4 ways in Ticino in my opinion.
It wasn't a problem for us, and we already knew before our arrival, but the terrace views overlook a cemetery. I can't say anything negative about this apartment.
