Schöne Aussicht - gute Lage am Berg - Einkaufsladen in der Nähe - Haushalt ist top und grosszügig eingerichtet - ideale Grösse für 2 Personen - sehr fairer Preis.
Matratzen: nach einigen Nächten fühlt sich unser Rücken verspannt an. Beleuchtung könnte mal überdacht erden.

Beatiful view, enjoyable swimming pool, functional appartment. Good value for money during the Locarno Festival.
A somewhat oldish equipment and design. The appartment is quite hot as there is no air-condition and no fans. Quite remote and high up from the city center, better not miss your bus and be fit to climb up the hill!

Die Lage war sensationell!
Sie ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WC Papier war keines vorhanden und ein Kehrrichtsack auch nicht. Am nächsten Tag war Feiertag. Sehr unangenehm.Im Schlafzimmer gab es lediglich 1 Nachttischlampe. Keine Deckenlampe vorhanden. Lesen im Bett unmöglich. Auch im WZ war nur eine Deckenlampe mit teilweise defekten Glühbirnen. Das Waschergebnis der Abwaschmaschine würde ich als sehr bescheiden bezeichnen. Der Stöpsel im Waschbecken im Bad war undicht. Was oben reinkam, lief unten wieder raus. Das Bettgestell ist in einem sehr unordentlichen Zustand. Löcher im Kunstleder, die mit Farbspray retouchiert wurden. Alles in Allem wirkte die Wohnung nicht gepflegt. Das konnte auch die vielen Dekos nicht aufwerten.
