• صاحب العمارة وزوجته جدا ودودودين ولطيفين وخدومين • نظافة الشقة • وجود جميع الادوات في المطبخ • اطلالة الجبل والبحر من بعيد • وجود 3 حمامات اعزكم الله
عدم وجود اماكن خدمة مثل بقالات وكذا حولها بس اعتقد بحكم انها فوق الجبل ارتفاع عالي

شقة نظيفه وكبيره ومرتبه تصلح لعائله مكونه من خمس أشخاص وأكثر وشكرا للأخ أيفتين حسن على الاستقبال الرائع ومكانه قريب من الشارع ويبعد عن مطار طرابزون وميدان طرابزون تقريبا 15 دقيقه
