Although we were initially hesitant to make a reservation due to several negative reviews on Booking.com, we ultimately decided to proceed because the bungalow’s cost, location, and capacity were well‑suited for our family of twelve.
During our stay, we interacted daily with two Syrian receptionists who consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and attentiveness. They ensured our needs were met and contributed positively to our overall experience.
Renting a car is highly recommended. Avoid relying on Google Maps, as it often suggests longer or indirect routes. Maps.me provides more accurate directions to the bungalow and works significantly better. Once you become familiar with the surrounding roads, getting around becomes straightforward and easy.
We had reserved breakfast as part of our stay; however, there were some issues with the service. The owner addressed the matter promptly and provided a refund, which we appreciated.
