Southbank 2 bedrooms private spa big balcony with carpark

Lovely apartment, we were very happy with it and decor. The view was great. Location was great. Convenient having a supermarket right down stairs in the same building. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Great balcony and we chose this place for the spa.

The lock box for the keys are a little difficult to get to and the street to collect them from was surrounded with rubbish. One key also made it hard for us if we wanted to go out separately. Spa pool was not ready upon arrival with not enough water in it and water was cloudy. I had to fill and put chemicals in and try to get it clean for use. Cigarette butts and ashes were being dropped onto our balcony from the upper floors!!!! ( just wanting to make hosts aware of this happening ). Gas bottle was not full for the outdoor heater as we only got one night use from it :(. We stayed for 5. Disappointed we had prearranged a late checkout due to our flight times, was told within 24 hours of arriving that we had to leave at 10am. It was a huge inconvenience as our flight wasn't leaving til 6.30pm.

Very convenient to wherever we wanted to go. We didn’t need to use our car once after we got there as public transport was easily accessible. Secure parking spot and a supermarket at the ground level. Big balcony.The owner was very helpful
