Sweett - Carrer Sepulveda

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement ! Idéalement situé pour visiter Barcelone : nous avons alterné entre balades à pieds et parfois le métro. Quartier très central sans les problèmes de bruits des Ramblas. Supermarché à disposition au pied de l'immeuble. En termes de confort, tout était au rendez-vous dans l'appartement. Beaucoup de place. Equipements basiques mais amplement satisfaisant pour un séjour de quelques jours. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

The location is good, there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Walking to metro was about 8 min. Taxi was easy to call using Freenow.

The apartment isn't truly soundproof—noises from downstairs and from outside can be heard in certain rooms. Even everyday sound levels may become a nuisance for residents in the building.

Appartement très spacieux, très propre et confortable à deux minutes de marche de la station de métro et à une dizaine de minutes de marche de la Rambla. J’ai vraiment apprécié la possibilité d’y accéder avant l’heure habituelle tu check-in.

C’était très bien ! Je n’ai aucun commentaire négatif.

Check-in was smooth It is well located, 39 mins from bcn airport, next door to Aldi supermarket, well connected. Fast reliable internet. Air conditioning is effective.

The whole place needs a bit of TLC, effective maintenance. The electronic keyless lock was unreliable, leaving us repeatedly stranded outside, madly keying in access codes There was no on-site staff, and communication through watsapp, phone, chat was not instant. Some of the wall fixtures were loosely installed, a metal cabinet came off and narrowly missed my son The electrical appliances had very short cables (not reaching the wall socket) needing to be operated from extension points. One of the toilet doors did not close There was a leak in one of the toilets, leaving the floor perpetually wet The list is actually difficult to complete... Such a shame because with a tlc package, it can be a winner!
