Locația este foarte bine plasata pentru interesele noastre. La 2 pasi de castel și de terase și magazine. Comunicarea cu Giulia și Simone a fost foarte bună, ei chiar au răspuns și au rezolvat cerințele noastre. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, amenajat cu bun gust și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie și de buna calitate. Este mașina de spălat vase, de spălat rufe și uscător de rufe. Patul foarte confortabil, Baia este spațioasă și foarte curata.
Lumina naturala este puțin deficitara, chiar dacă geamuri sunt multe și mari, din cauza ca apartamentul este la parter cu intrare directa din strada, toate geamurile fiind la strada intens circulata. Se simte un ușor miros de umezeala.
