Comfortable, spacious and bright three-room apartment for 4 people in the beautiful city of Otranto (* BLUE FLAG * 2019 and UNESCO World Heritage).
The apartment is located near the Aragonese castle and the charming old town. It is about 300 meters from the sea. It is located on the 1st floor of a quiet and elegant condominium. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, two liveable balconies and an indispensable PARKING PLACE in the condominium park. It is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with all the comforts of the ELEVATOR. The sea and the center are very close and within walking distance.
The street where the house is located is very central, but at the same time very quiet, far from places where music and entertainment is played until late.
Nearby there are various commercial activities and the national and local bus terminal.
Possibility of various excursions in the surroundings: the Alimini lakes and the beautiful beaches of fine white sand, the bauxite lake, the Punta Palascia lighthouse (the easternmost place in Italy and where, according to geographers, the Adriatic sea merges with the Ionian Sea), Porto Badisco (ancient fishing village, where you can taste sea urchins), Santa Cesarea Terme, etc.
From Otranto it is possible to easily reach other tourist locations such as Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Lecce, etc., thanks to the convenient and numerous high-speed road connections.

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto nell'appartamento di Margherita che si trova veramente a un passo dal centro storico di Otranto. Margherita e suo marito sono persone squisite, sempre super disponibili e amichevoli, sapranno sempre consigliarvi bene come muovervi in paese e soprattutto quali prelibatezze locali assaggiare! L'appartamento al check-in era sistemato a dovere e senza alcuna traccia di sporcizia. Il valore aggiunto di questa sistemazione è sicuramente il parcheggio, che è privato e all'interno del cancello della palazzina (a Otranto vi assicuro che è veramente un lusso), e il prezzo che risulta essere uno dei più bassi richiesti in quella zona. Se venite a Otranto per le vostre vacanze questa è sicuramente la sistemazione migliore!

L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione, vicinissimo al centro storico di Otranto con posto auto riservato all'interno della proprietà. l'appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, ringraziamo tantissimo Margherita e suo marito, gentilissimi e ospitali proprietari dell' appartamento, che con i loro consigli sulle località da visitare e le spiagge più belle nei dintorni di Otranto, hanno reso la nostra vacanza unica e indimenticabile.

TRATTASI DI UN APPARTAMENTO PULITISSIMO, FORNITO BIANCHERIA DA LETTO E DA BAGNO.
IL FIORE ALL'OCCHIELLO è SICURAMENTE LA POSIZIONE CENTRALISSIMA E IL PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO CHE è ASSOLUTAMENTE UN VALORE AGGIUNTO VISTO IL SOVRAFFOLLAMENTO DELLA BELLISSIMA OTRANTO.
I PROPRIETARI DELL'APPARTAMENTO SI SONO DIMOSTRATI COLLABORATIVI E DA SUBITO CORDIALI : UNA BELLISSIMA COPPIA !
