L’appartamento era molto spazioso, ben arredato e accogliente. L’host è stata super gentile e disponibile così come anche chi ci ha accolti per il Check-in.

La casa es especial, tiene un ambiente único, la terraza es lo mejor sin duda, mencion especial a Lorenzo simplemente genial, muy agradable, siempre atento y con una chispa natural fantástica. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar tus vacaciones en roma de manera espectacular, para repetir una y mil veces.

La única pega que le pondría es la ubicación, nada que no solucione un autobús y tus piernas, el barrio también cuenta con todo lo necesario, supermercado, cafeterías para desayunar, un kebap que estaba exquisito y bastantes restaurantes muy decentes.

We had a great stay at Katia’s place. Our ferry from Barcelona to Civitavecchia was delayed by nearly six hours, so instead of arriving in Rome around 11:00–11:30pm as planned, we didn’t reach the apartment until around 5:00–5:30am. Despite this, the host stayed up and waited for us so that he could personally hand over the keys. We had agreed to the €30 late check-in charge based on arriving around 11pm, but waiting for us until early morning because of circumstances completely outside our control really felt like going above and beyond, and we greatly appreciated it. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were thoughtful little touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits and other essentials already provided. There was also a piano in the apartment, which our young daughter absolutely loved playing during our stay. Overall, it felt welcoming, comfortable and well looked after.

Nothing significant. We were very happy with the apartment and especially grateful for how accommodating the host was given our extremely delayed arrival.
