Asukoht oli kesklinnast küll 3.9 km kaugusel, kuid bussiühendus oli hea. Perenaine oli väga abivalmis. Saime täpsed juhised, kuidas jõuda erinevatesse sihtpunktidesse.
Trepikoda oli veidi "väsinud" ja lift väike.

Los anfitriones son muy agradables y atentos. Las camas eran cómodas. Está un poco apartado del centro pero el transporte público funciona muy bien.
En las habitaciones se estaba bien de temperatura, pero fuera de ellas hacía frío. Había una televisión en cada habitación, pero me faltó una zona común donde compartir con la familia un rato de sofá y tele (sin canales en español). La sábana del sofá tenía manchas. La cocina…los armarios y las ollas no estaban demasiado limpios. En la cocina y el baño hacía frío.
