Modern and well equipped home.
Fantastic facilities.
Great that there was a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs for my elderly Mum who has mobility issues.
Everything provided, no need to bring towels, hair dryer or household items, the utility room is stocked with everything you need.
A lovely touch from the owner Helen who had left some lovely treats that went down well.
There is a paved patio area with plenty of seating which we enjoyed, through french doors located in the large open plan kitchen, dining lounge area.This space was fantastic with a beautiful marble topped island.
The property is located a 5 minute drive from Southport and a 10 minute walk from Birkdale train station..

Stayed for family catch up. House was a great size and versatility of rooms, very well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great break in Southport.

Very spacious attractive decor and furnishings in a good location
Lack of attention to cleaning eg dust covered blinds and furniture, water marks on taps, radiators chrome fittings in shower and bathroom furniture, and glazing.
Toiletries and washing up liquid had not been replenished although refills for hand wash were in the utility room.
