The apartment is located a short distance from the sea and a sandy beach (just a 5-7 minute walk). It is very nicely arranged and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is no dishwasher, but everything else is of a really good standard. The bed is very comfortable, and even the sofa bed in the living room has a proper mattress that’s great to sleep on. The surroundings are quiet, so you can really get a good night's sleep and relax fully during the day. This is further enhanced by the beautiful veranda-garden, which is furnished with a table and chairs shaded by a large sunshade. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the air conditioning - separate units for the bedroom and the living room. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters. There is also space to park your car behind a gate that secures the grounds shared by three apartments. The communication with the property manager was excellent - he responds very quickly, is extremely helpful, and always super polite. A true professional 😊 All of this made for a wonderful holiday stay in Avola, and we would happily return.
