so we are a group of 3. initially we booked the sky suite , but turned out there was a glitch in the system so actually the place was full. so the host dm’ed me and offered me another place to stay, at the Anggun Residence, near Chow Kit. It was actually better as it’s near to a lot of nice restaurants and you can view KLCC really nice. Kingu Kongu was just within walking distance. The host was so nice, they offered to bring extra mattress for us, always making sure we are comfortable and are very approachable. They did not charge extra for the place as we already made payment for the Sky Suites, so for that, we are really grateful. Thank you so much for the stay.
Not something I dont like, just a remedial with the door passcode, cause we did not know we need to key in the * symbol after the passcode for the door. But the manager came as soon as possible and helped with that. So thank you again.
