The apartment is described on booking.com as 24h front desk and check in time is from 14h but it is not like that at all. The scheduled time to pick up the keys is 15h. In addition, the communication and support from the owner or manager of the apartment is very slow. We had to wait for their reply for a very long time. In addition, because the description on booking is 24h front desk and check in time is from 14h, I booked this accommodation so that I could leave my luggage in the morning, but in reality it was not as described so it affected our schedule time a lot. Although the owner/manager responded to the information, in the end they did not do as confirmed. After booking the apartment, we were informed that the key pick up time is 15h and not 24h front desk. So I contacted the owner to ask if we could leave our luggage before check in, he said ok. We told him we would arrive at 7am and drop off our luggage at that time, he confirmed that. However, when we arrived at the apartment at 7am he was unreachable. And finally we were able to reach him and get the keys at 1pm. And he said he couldn't help with the morning drop off. If he couldn't arrange for us to drop off our luggage, he should have told us in advance or at least let us know in advance if our plans changed. In fact we had to wander around the whole morning with our luggage and wait for him to check in in the afternoon.
