Villa Maria by Optima Villas

Easy self access to villa as we arrived pretty late. Nice welcome pack of milk, ham, cheese, bread etc. Comfort villa with nice wooden details which attracted us in the first place, overall very clean. Big heated pool was amazing.

Most of the dishes (colorful pieces) and cutlery were dirty and we needed to wash it before usage. It would be nice if you invest a little bit in the outside area as it is very nice with pool, bbq, seating area but needs a little attention. Shower by the pool is missing head, floor could be painted because paint is chipped and it is not nice to walk over it. Cushions on the outside chairs could be changed as they have stains and they have seen better days. A piece of iron stick and piece of broken toy was at the pool side when we arrived.

Familiar with the location it suited our needs. We have stayed in this area in all our visits over the years. The living space is amazing and indoors dining area at entry is a lovely space. Outdoor area is perfect for alfresco dining and pool was well maintained. Beds were comfortable and most slept well. Accommodated 4 adults comfortably. Loved the high roof space it gave an open feel in lounge and the Kitchen was good for preparing home cooked meals. Our welcome pack was a handy and appreciated gesture as arrived late on boxing night. Plus let’s not forget the view 😍

3rd bedroom has an orangery style roof like dining room( perfect and great feature for the previously mentioned dining room area) Although not ideal for bedroom. Unfortunately the weather was particularly mixed with heavy rain nearly every night. Our daughter was woken by the rain on the roof every night. And again when the sun rose. Showers took some time to warm up however as mentioned above weather was not the usual standards
