Steps to Beaches & Main Street: Hyannis Retreat

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Hyannis vacation rental. The house truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable escape—from a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware to a great selection of board games for cozy nights in. The bonus room was a huge plus, giving us a perfect space to hang out and play games after the kids went to sleep. The outdoor amenities were fantastic—we enjoyed grilling dinner, gathering around the fire pit, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after long days in the sun. The home was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout, and the check-in process was seamless and efficient. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 10-minute walk to downtown Hyannis, where we loved grabbing dinner at Anejo Mexican Bistro, and 10–15 minutes on foot (or a 3-minute drive) to multiple beaches, including our favorites—Kalmus Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach. You can even walk to the Cape Cod Baseball League games, which was such a fun bonus. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to the ferry terminals for Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, making day trips super convenient. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This place is a true Cape Cod gem—highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy the Cape in comfort and style!

We were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the house. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, and nothing was missing. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The amenities are amazing, and everything is perfectly organized. We are truly grateful for this wonderful experience!

There is no central air conditioning in the house. There are only window units, and they are a little noisy. It might be difficult to use them at night.
