Clean house, spacious rooms, comfy couches, hot showers. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies we needed. Location very close to shops and beach.

The neighborhood was great and central to everything in Hyannis. The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

very cute place, nice backyard + BBQ
a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels).
host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls
