The space / appartment is really spacious. It would suit 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The only thing is that there is only 1 bathroom, so with a bigger group it might be an issue. For the 3 of us, it was superb. The parking was convenient and easy, the horses all around were an added attraction. The kitchen / dining area was well stocked and everything was clean.
Two things worth mentioning. 1) the toilet upstears is quite useless as there is no way to wash your hands, So maybe opt for the toilet that comes with a built in sink on top? this is common in Asia where they have limited space and would work very well there 2) I would lose the requrement (ask) to gather the bed sheets. This is not the last memory you want to send your guests away with.

Le calme du lieu, le fait d être entouré de pâturage, l'espace et le confort du logement, l'accueil et les bons conseils de Manon Le séjour d une nuit était bien insuffisant pour profiter de tous les avantages du lieu
