About this house rental
The Phoenix is an atypical and comfortable house for a maximum of 18 people: evenings by the fire with friends and family, walks & cycling in a natural park. Cooking and feasting together, visiting the Le Corbusier chapel classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, skiing & climbing at the Planche des Belles Filles, acrobranchs at the Ballon d'Alsace, enduro motorcycle / mountain bike sessions...
This old stone house with its garden is comfortably furnished. The 5 bedrooms and large tables can accommodate up to 18 guests.
It's a Phoenix that is reborn, little by little. Everything is still not perfect, but everything is done for your comfort.
The house offers everything that makes a group stay a real pleasure: two stoves that offer conviviality and warmth, heat pumps in each room for the winter, a garden. And not to forget: A baker opposite for croissants and baguette for breakfast.
This old building renovated with character is composed as follows:
An entrance leading to 2 parts...
On the left side, a large dining room that can accommodate about twenty people. A massive staircase will lead you to a small living room on the mezzanine and to 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, 2 single bunk beds and a single bed. A second bedroom with a double bed with a 1 person bunk bed and another 1 person bed.
the bathroom equipped with a toilet and a bathtub is right in front of the bedrooms.
Right-hand side: bathroom (shower + bath + toilet), comfortable living room, 2 sofa beds, fully equipped and refurbished kitchen. Here you will find everything you need during your stay. You have access to a room where you can possibly store bicycles / skis. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.PGJyPg
Behind the house starts directly a beautiful forest. In front of the house runs a road limited to 30km/h.
You can easily park 3 vehicles. Free parking is available by crossing the street.
A stone's throw from the ski slopes in winter or mountain bike tours in summer, this house is ideal for groups or families.
You will be welcomed by your host who will explain how the house works. Your beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal.
Sorting household waste is practiced.
