Showers water temp always good.
Kitchen left clean, as was bathroom.
Beds very comfortable.
Walking down side of house at night... Path uneven, foliage hung low obstructing passage and no lighting.
Back door left open on some nights after dark. ..questionable security and lowered household temperature.
An individual's interpretation of vehicle blocking driveway; It was not. Vehicle was parked within line of the fence boundary. Alleged misconduct of some residents.

I really appreciated having my own fridge in the room, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. It would have been perfect if there had been a small table outside to enjoy a morning coffee.
I did experience a minor issue during my stay, but management resolved it promptly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated.
One downside was the lack of sound insulation between rooms — it was quite easy to hear what was happening next door. Additionally, a wall panel was rattling during the night, which disturbed my sleep. I ended up placing a piece of paper behind it to stop the noise.
In terms of location, it wasn’t ideal for me, as it took about an hour to reach Sydney Central
