we collect the keys from the lock box. balcony is very huge and long. the food is in the store on the ground floor was very nice. I recommend this place out of the season.

Host was very friendly. Location is excellent, very close to the beach, on the ground floor is very nice small greek food restaurant, city center is also very close. Very important - it is on the "flat part" of Nea Iraklitsa, there are other houses that are far up the (steep) hill, but this one is on the flat part, makes it so easy to just pop out with kids multiple times a day to the beach. Apartment is very nicely done - modern style, very bright and open, loverly long terrace that wraps around the corner so you can find the shade during the day. There is a big supermarket on a walking distance. Everything you might need is very close. Nea Iraklitsa has absolutely brilliant beach especially for kids, but there are also other beaches very close by. The beach is all sand, very gradual slope from shallow to deep (so sudden drops), long stretch of shallow water for kids, very warm water and very calm, there are lifeguards on duty, even when there are lots of people on the beach it never felt crowded there were always space. We have stayed here for a little less then a month and we cant wait to be back next year!

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Quiet, air conditioned with ceiling fans. Large balcony around the apartment with a small view of the sea. Parking spaces. The apartment had everything you need, new and high quality, clean and comfortable. I will go back there again.
