Aleja Solidarności 153 - A by Homeprime

The apartment itself was good, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The building was also nice and modern. Overall, we were happy with the apartment itself.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very disappointing. Check-in was already quite late at 4:00 PM, and I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in was possible, but they refused, which I accepted. However, when we arrived with our luggage, my wife and daughter, we still had to wait around another 1.5 hours because the apartment was not ready. What disappointed me even more was the way the host/support handled the situation. When I called to explain the problem, instead of apologizing, the response was quite rude and I was told that it was a cleaning issue and basically to leave our luggage and go for a walk. The cleaning service is arranged by the property, so I don’t think the guest should be made to feel responsible for that problem. Delays can happen, and I would have completely understood if they had simply apologized, explained the situation politely and tried to make it right. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of customer service made the experience much worse than the delay itself.
