Location was perfect and close to many shops and restaurants

Check in was very confusing. I filled out two forms which asked what time we were checking in, i said we would be checking in at 3.30 I was then contacted 4 times by the owners asking what time we would be checking in and it just felt annoying after being asked so many times when we’d already filled two forms out Also when we arrived, we had no idea where the actual flat was or how to get into the building. The owner text us and said she was in the flat waiting to check us in and we said we were outside the building and didn’t know how to get in so she came out with keys to let us in so i’m not sure how we were supposed to get in without her? It all felt a bit chaotic and then when we were inside, she couldn’t find our keys so was trying to ring the other owner for 10 minutes to help find our keys The reviews said there was a coffee machine but there was only one coffee pod to use between two people for five days The towels were dirty and there was writing on the mirror so previous guests? The flat could have been cleaner There was also a hole in the ceiling with water dripping into a jug in the hallway The main reason we booked this flat was because everyone said how quiet it was but the bedroom backs onto a courtyard and it was constantly noisy with people walking past, talking and dogs barking

clean, quiet location, with shops, restaurants and means of transport nearby, we found the apartment heated as soon as we arrived, an extraordinary location; excellent accommodation; I recommend!

Lo que más me gustó era su ubicación, una zona tranquila con supermercados y restaurantes y muy cerca del tramvia que te deja en poco tiempo al centro de la ciudad.

Desde el primer momento tuvimos problemas con el WIFI y no hubo manera en los 3 dias que estuvimos. Si el alojamiento lo alquilan con WIFI gratis tendrian que ponerse con ello, han de entender que los que venimos de otro país nuestras compañias nos limitan los datos moviles por lo que por eso siempre busco que haya WIFI y en este caso no funcionó ningún dia. Además comentar que le hace falta algun repaso en instalaciones de cables por el apartamento, la cocina no tiene ningún enchufe cerca y sobretodo comentar que si programabamos el termostasto de la calefaccion ( mi marido se entiende bastante en eso ), cuando nos dabamos cuenta... al volver de las visitas o bien durante la madrugada... se bajaba a 16ºC, fuimos en enero y hacia bastante frio en el exterior.
