Petite maison récemment aménagée pour le tourisme, tout est neuf Super emplacement à proximité du centre, du petit port, de la plage Belle terrasse équipée, barbecue, wifi

La localisation, proche du village et des plages Le parking facile Le garage à vélo Le calme si voisins calmes Le logement est récent, propre Florian (conciergerie) très réactive
la vue sur l'arrière d'une maison délabrée la très grosse chaleur dans le logement à partir de l'après-midi jusqu'au soir, car il est plein ouest donc en plein soleil ; le petit store installé ne protège pas assez le logement. Il faudrait en plus un parasol orientable et une "bavette" au store il faudrait un brise -vue pour préserver davantage d'intimité avec les voisins partageant le même "jardin" équipement un peu sommaire : pas d'ouvre boite, très peu de petit matériel pour cuisiner etc...
