Tuy là Homestay, 1. nhưng xây dựng và bài trí chất lượng- theo style Nước ngoài. 2. Giường + gối+ mền rất êm và sạch. 3. Cây xanh được chăm sóc thường xuyên nên không gian mát mẻ. 4. Home khá gần biển, và mặt tiền nên dễ tìm. 5. Nhân viên lịch sự, thân thiện,
- Menu rất ít đồ hải sản, điều mà khách đi biển mong đợi. - Bãi biển tự phát, tuy vị trí đẹp, nhưng lại quá nhiều rác, rác chất đống hôi thối. - Phòng tắm k đc vệ sinh kĩ các góc tường. Dù trang thiết bị chuẩn chỉnh.
