Capsule Hotel in Malapascua with SUPER FAST WIFI & GENERATOR

솔로 다이빙 여행이라 캡슐룸으로 예약했는데, 방 안이 매우 깔끔하고, 공용 화장실과 욕실은 성별이 나뉘어져 있고, 넉넉했으며, 공간도 넓어 사용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 체구가 큰 분들은 조금 불편할 수도 있겠으나, 제겐 생각보다 아늑했어요. 캡슐 안에 간이 테이블까지 있어서 랩탑 작업을 하기에도 편했습니다. 와이파이도 빠른 편이었고, 생활 중 작은 문제가 생겼을 때도 직원 응대, 문제 해결이 빨랐습니다. 야외에는 빨래를 건조할 공간도 있습니다. 휴게공간이 넓지만 야외라서, 에어컨 바람이 시원한 실내에 계속 머무르게 되었습니다. 한인 사장님께서 운영하시기 때문에 한인분들은 소통이 보다 원활합니다. 이번에 말라파스쿠아에서 사장님 포함 한국인을 딱 두명 밖에 못 만났네요.

전 크게 불편하지 않았으나, 거구인 분들에겐 매트리스가 얇게 느껴질 수도 있을 것 같다고 생각했습니다. 환풍기 소리가 백색소음처럼 주변 이웃의 생활소음을 묻어줘, 오히려 생활하기 편했는데, 이걸 시끄럽다고 느끼는 분들도 있을 것 같다고 생각했습니다.

Private locker with key in the room, once the doors are lokced on your pod it feels very private and has powerpoint next to pillow for charging, Nice space and very clean area inside and out. Restraunt on-site with cheap water refills and areas to lounge around on the beanbags outside and there was also a games space to play a game of darts with friends for fun.

Didn't notice the fact it's cold water shower only but it's nearly hot enough to not want anything but cold water shower. The mattress needs to made thicker or more dense cause I could feel i was sleeping on floor it was so thin and made my back sore. The backlit switches were so bright you need to remove the power card but that then shuts down the air-conditioning so you either keep cool and put up with the lights or get hot and have no light.

The pods are very comfortable and the facility is very clean and new. The common areas have comfy bean bag chairs and also regular chairs and tables and hammocks! It’s a nice chill place to relax with very good WiFi and reasonable prices at the hostel restaurant/cafe. Also drying racks outside for clothes and towels. And the hostel provides towels even for the dorms!

First: They have a covers playlists from Music Travel Love (and similar artists) on repeat and it’s very annoying. This is very common in the Philippines. The same songs by the same artists over and over. It would be so much nicer to hang out in the common areas if they had some music variety. Second: Everyone on this island is burning trash constantly, including this hostel. So if you have asthma, or just don’t want to breathe smoke from burning plastic all day and night, you might want to avoid staying on this island because it’s almost impossible to avoid the smoke everywhere.

Le personnel est très agréable. Le boss nettement moins , surtout de ce que j’ai vu envers ces employés. Le fait que la capsule soit plus intime qu’un dortoir classique.

La salle de bain commune pas très propre et surtout l’odeur nauséabonde de canalisation… On vous change les serviettes de bain tous les jours, mais l’eau est payante!! Une première! Et attention à ne pas dépasser de 100g votre kilo de linge, il vous sera facturé un kilo de plus !!
