Cozy, comfortable, quiet enjoyed very much , friendly.

We loved the location and how close it was to our event (we used walking trails) The neighbourhood is quiet and quaint. People are so friendly. Excellent curb appeal. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen Area is well designed. Supplies were provided well. Air Conditioning was available and was great.

We did ask for early check in, which I feel affected slightly to cleanliness (Bathroom) Access to basement apartment was oddly designed (long, uneven, some hazards in walkway) Lock to main door was very challenging. The bolt failed to lock so often. However, after the evening, host did reach out to help us. Was quiet all weekend, but Monday morning was inconvenient noise from upstairs tenants. Checked out by 9am. Stripped beds and emptied garbage - brought out garbage outside and the garbage area outside needs severe deep cleaning.
