Alles sehr geräumig, ordentlich und sauber. 1 Flasche Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Marmelade wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Beim Duschen im En Suite Badezimmer ist das Wasser aus dem Badezimmer gelaufen bis hin zum Gang (und ich habe lediglich kurz geduscht). Die Neigung der Fliesen im Bad ist nicht ausreichend (falsche Verfliesung!). Ich empfehle sich das mal anzuschauen bevor Schäden entstehen. Man könnte beim Glasgelände am Balkon die Gläser reinigen. Sie dürften nach der Übernahme der Wohnung vom Bauträger noch nie gereinigt worden sein. Der Fernseher empfangt "You Tube" und Netflix. Es wäre vorteilhaft wenn man auch Cypriotisches Fernsehen oder Deutsches Fernsehen sehen könnte.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The location is excellent for exploring Cyprus by car, with easy access to the A3—around 35 minutes to Ayia Napa, 40 minutes to Nicosia, and about 90 minutes to Paphos. Larnaca town centre is just a 15-minute drive away, and there’s a supermarket only 5 minutes away, which made everything very convenient. Having a secure parking space was also a real bonus. The apartment itself is very well set up, especially for a group of four. The layout works perfectly with one en-suite bedroom and a separate master bedroom, offering both comfort and privacy. The living and dining area includes a nice large table with four chairs, ideal for both breakfast and evening meals. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony. It gets lovely morning sun, making it perfect for breakfast outdoors, and it’s also very practical for drying laundry. Speaking of which, having a washing machine was incredibly useful and meant we could pack lighter. Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location—perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay.

There were just a few minor points worth noting. The warm water does take a little while to come through, but once you get used to it, it’s not really an issue. It can also be a bit noisy early in the morning, with people heading to work, bins being emptied, and some nearby construction activity. Additionally, as we stayed for 10 days, having a vacuum cleaner available would have been helpful for keeping the floors clean during a longer stay. That said, these were relatively small inconveniences and didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience.

Przestronny apartament dla rodziny w dogodnej lokalizacji do zwiedzania wyspy. Miejsce parkingowe, siłownia i basen są dużymi atutami :)

Kuchnia w apartamencie jest trochę słabo wyposażona, przydałoby się więcej przyborów do gotowania :)

Apartment was very spacious.All appliances was an extra bonus.
