The place was in a semi industrial area, with a minimarket next to the place, convenient. The beds were comfy enough for me to fall asleep with ease, and the size of the rooms was more than enough. The staff were very nice and it was quiet during the day and night. It's a solid option for a very short stay, around 2-3 nights.
The place wasn't clean enough for me on arrival, there was dust underneath the bed and black marks on the walls that indicate someone rubbed something against it. Above my bed the ceiling had a crack on it, the shower wire that connects to the shower head was broken and the black wire was visible, the air con had a leak that prevented me from turning it on.

נקי, נעים, קרוב לכל מקום, סופר צמוד
הטלוויזיה לא עבדה כל השהות, לא היה סוכר ולא חומר כביסה ושקיות אשפה באופן מספק

The bed was a good size and very comfortable and kitchen even though small has everything you would need to cook with .
The bathroom had mold on walls and you could smell it every time you opened bathroom door ,no view ,room was little dark no light gets in . and no cupboard space to store food in kitchen
