Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde curato, a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia (sia libera che stabilimenti) e a 5 di pedalata dal centro di Sperlonga.
Colazione abbondante e buona, molto bello anche il punto in cui viene fatta:
All'aperto, in un punto ventilato e tra le piante curatissime della struttura.
Al nostro arrivo Fabio, il proprietario, ci ha mostrato la struttura e la stanza. Dopo essersi accorto che il condizionatore non funzionava, ha chiamato un tecnico (di 22 agosto) e, in un'oretta, lo ha fatto sostituire con uno NUOVO, per nulla scontato.
Doccia enorme, bagno comodo nell'utilizzo, letto confortevole (unico punto: cuscini troppo alti, ma quello è un gusto personale), possibilità di prendere le biciclette senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, parcheggio non custodito ma che si trova all'interno di un cancello carrabile e dunque non si ha la preoccupazione che possa succedere qualcosa all'auto.
Sottolineo anche la cordialità di tutto lo staff per una chiacchiera distratta piuttosto che per chiedere consigli su dove andare in spiaggia.
Insomma, ottima esperienza che replicherò senza alcun dubbio!

Camere rumorosissime. Si sente tutto, alle 7.30 vieni tirato giù dal letto da vicini e donne delle pulizie.
Lavabo semi otturato, bidet con acqua per lo più bollente (miscelatore guasto?)
