Romantic Offgrid Tiny Home Ft Beachy Head Hike

For the off-grid aspect it's really lovely as you're in an open space but it feels enclosed. You can see the other cabin but you don't feel exposed. The sense of calm and beauty of waking up in that bed with the windows. Really switching off and enjoying the cosy features. Really amazing kitchen, stocked with every item you need and very aesthetically pleasing. The host was very responsive and allowed us to have late checkout which was really lovely.

Without a car it is a little difficult to get to and we were relying on buses to then explore and they were not reliant at all sadly. I think the description or messages from the host once you book should come with a warning about the walk to the cabins as it is, what I would say, a little creepy with tents that have been left and old signs made of extracts of the bible. It has an eerie vibe to it but it became quite funny! The mattress was not comfy. You could feel the springs and we did make the host aware of this but sadly they weren't able to do anything about it at the time. I think that given the cost I would say that firewood for indoors and outdoors should be given. I think a description of the toilet situation should be given at time of booking because it was a little different to what we'd expected. Hard to explain but more than 2 nights you wouldn't want to be there with that filling up!

The cabin was clean, it had all necessary kitchen supplies, some games and helpful things for our dog, e.g. a long lead and a stake. It was really cool to stargaze through the large windows.

Traffic from the main road and planes can be heard at times.
