Good location opposite the sea and minutes walk from a supermarket and restaurants. Spacious room.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, particularly given the price paid. I arrived with my elderly mother and was surprised to find no lighting to guide us to the apartment, meaning our taxi driver had to use his phone torch. We also struggled to enter the apartment as the key was very stiff, eventually managing to get into the neighbouring apartment by mistake. There was no drinking water provided on arrival, despite my having requested that water be left in the fridge. With no supermarkets open, I had to go to the neighbouring hotel to obtain water so my mother could take her medication. Although the room was spacious and the seafront location was good, the facilities were lacking. There were no proper drawers for clothes, only a small open wardrobe with three little drawers, and we had to request additional coat hangers as we were only provided eith two each! There was nowhere to hang towels or wet clothes, so we resorted to using the patio chairs. We also had to ask for extra towels, bin bags and cutlery. With no cleaning service during our stay, the bins became unpleasant, and towels and bedding were not changed. The kitchenette was very basic, with only a kettle and sandwich maker, making it impossible to prepare even a simple breakfast such as poached eggs. The large patio was a bonus, but the absence of sun loungers was another disappointment. Finally, there was no particularly warm welcome from the host. When I messaged with my requests I was met with hostility, saying that I had used the wrong apartment and was now complaining. Overall, the apartment has potential thanks to its spacious room and excellent seafront location, but the lack of basic amenities, attention to detail and hospitality made our stay less comfortable than expected for the price.

Idealement situé à Elounda, petit bourg calme, à taille humaine, la vue à 360 °jusqu’à Spinalonga. Le joli et grand studio hyper bien conçu, sa situation : petite route si peu passante qu’on la croirait pietonnière et en face une plagette de petits galets qui ne gênent pas la marche. Des petits restaurants les pieds dans l’eau, vous n'avez que le choix, bons voire très bons et portions très généreuses .

Absolument rien. On a peu vu le propriétaire mais très disponible en messagerie. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à l'arrivée et nous avons disposé du logement plus tôt. De même au départ, pour les valises.

Der Blick übers Meer und die Bucht ist fantastisch, der Vorplatz vom Appartment ist sehr geräumig und man hat die Möglichkeit zwischen Schatten und Sonne zu wählen. Es war sauber und frisch.

Es hat an mehreren Punkten bei der Ausstattung gehapert: keine Möglichkeit nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen, nur ein Bettlaken (Grösse für 1 Pers, es war noch kühl), keine Duschmatte um aus der Dusche zu kommen, keine Kochgelegenheit (weder Platte noch Microwave), keine Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle, keine Mückennetze (dafür jedoch Stecker, leider ist zumindest eine Steckdose direkt beim Kopf), WiFi war schwach und wurde dauernd unterbrochen. Die Besitzer haben wir nie gesehen, lediglich über die Booking App kommuniziert. Es gab keine Nchfragen, ob alles passt. Die ansonsten schöne griechische Gastfreundschaft kam hier nicht zum Vorschein.
